When will my order ship?
Our current turnaround time is 5-10 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Orders ship USPS First Class Mail and you will receive an email with tracking information when shipped.
After the post office has received your order, One Little Monkey releases responsibility to USPS. If a problem with your package occurs, please contact your local post office with your tracking number for information on your item. In the event of a lost or damaged package, it is necessary to file a claim with the USPS.
International orders may be subject to custom fees, which is the responsibility of the customer.
Do you combine orders?
I will combine multiple orders as long as shipping addresses match. There is a $1 processing fee for each additional order, I will refund you the overage. Local pickup orders have a $1 flat processing fee.
Can I make changes to my order after its placed?
I am unable to make changes to an order after it has been placed. Please ensure all information is correct before placing an order, especially your shipping address.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours and cannot be canceled if the order has already shipped.
Can I return my order?
All sales are final. If you are unsatisfied with your order please email email@example.com, and I will be happy to find a solution for you.
Can I apply a discount after my order is placed?
Discount codes cannot be applied after an order is placed or before/after the promotion period.
Only one discount/promotional code or shop credit code can be applied per order.
Our headbands are made with premium nylon and are one size fits most. The nylon bands are very stretchy and comfortable. They are delicate enough for a fresh newborn, and durable enough for rambunctious toddlers and school age girls.
